Job Description	Dr. Michael Dolby of Cottonwood Creek Dental is seeking an Associate Dentist to join his practice. We have more than 40 high quality independent dental practices in Idaho, Washington and Northern California that make up the Mosaic Dental Collective. Our multi-specialty partnership focuses on clinical excellence and patient outcomes. Working in a Mosaic Dental Collective office assures you the best of both worlds – be part of an independent office team but have the support of a dynamic partnership. Every Mosaic office has a long-standing reputation in the dental community and operates independently, but by sharing the “best of the best practices” we’re truly better together! Salary Range	【Full-time】 $10,000.00 〜 $25,000.00 /month

Requirements	Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Basic life support Licensed dentist General Dentistry DEA Registration Experienced Dentist (5+ years) Requirements Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD), Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) License/credentials applicable to the State of Idaho CPR/BLS Certification
