We are a rapidly expanding staffing and HR services office looking for an enthusiastic and driven Receptionist to become part of our vibrant team! Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls, send emails, and provide customer service
Understand and present our staffing and HR service offerings
Work together with the recruiting and operations team to ensure client satisfaction
Always represent the company in a professional manner

Passion for meeting new people and helping them get what they need

Excellent verbal and written communication

Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and willingness to learn other technology as needed

Strong work ethic and meets commitments

Thrives in contributing to a team working together to deliver beyond customer expectations

Previous experience working in an office environment or dealing with the public is preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required. Applicants should have at least two (2) years of office experience. The ideal candidate will be professional, friendly, dependable, detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and able to collaborate effectively with others.
