Job Description	Emergency Interventions: Performing high-quality extractions, root canal therapy, and oral surgery. Comprehensive Care: Conducting patient assessments, developing immediate treatment plans, and performing restorative work (fillings, crowns, etc.). Patient Advocacy: Educating patients on oral health and preventative care while managing acute pain and anxiety. Seamless Documentation: Maintaining precise records using Eaglesoft or Epic to ensure continuity of care. Collaboration: Leading a team of hygienists and assistants to maintain an efficient, patient-centered workflow.

Requirements	Eaglesoft Endodontics Residency Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency Tooth Extractions Education: Doctoral degree (DDS or DMD) from an accredited dental school. Expertise: Strong proficiency in Endodontics and Oral Surgery (extractions) is highly preferred. Tech-Savvy: Experience with EHR management (Eaglesoft/Epic preferred). Compliance: Must be committed to continuing education and staying current with industry standards. Soft Skills: Exceptional patient interaction skills and the ability to remain calm under the pressure of emergency scenarios.
