Job Description	Provide comprehensive clinical care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and restorative procedures. Utilize advanced dental technology and electric handpieces to deliver precise, efficient care. Maintain a high standard of patient communication to ensure a comfortable and luxurious experience. Collaborate with a highly trained team of Registered Dental Assistants and office staff. Participate in ongoing professional development and internal training programs to maintain clinical excellence.
Salary Range	【Part-time】 $153,000.00 〜 $195,000.00 /year
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. - Competitive earnings potential reaching into the 90th percentile nationwide.
Benefits	Access to PPO and FFS patient bases only (No HMO). Comprehensive benefits package including FREE PACE-certified in-house Continuing Education and MINT University training.
Shift & Schedule	Typical hours are 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Enjoy a healthy work-life balance with no weekend or late-evening requirements.
Requirements	Licensed dentist Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited dental school. An active and valid State Dental License. Proven efficiency and high-level clinical skill with modern dental tools and technology. A team-first mentality and the ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. A professional and engaging personality focused on patient connection.
Preferences	Experience in a high-growth or multi-location practice setting. Interest in pursuing advanced internal Continuing Education (CE) certifications.
