You will have the clinical autonomy to lead the workflow and team culture in a space designed specifically for your specialty. This is a unique "best of both worlds" scenario: clinical independence with an experienced owner who absorbs the operational risk.

Job Description	Clinical Excellence: Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care, including restorative treatments, preventative care, and behavior management. Operational Leadership: Lead the scheduling, workflow, and internal systems for the pediatric office to ensure a seamless patient experience. Patient Engagement: Build and maintain long-term relationships with patients and families in the Northwest Tucson community. Collaborative Care: Work alongside Rockside Dental leadership to align on practice values while maintaining total clinical independence. Team Management: Oversee a dedicated pediatric admin and clinical team (separate from the general practice).
