Job Description	Clinical Leadership: Lead the dental team in providing comprehensive, patient-centered care and fostering a culture of trust and comfort. Advanced Diagnostics: Utilize state-of-the-art tools, including iTero Scanners, WaveOne Gold, and VideaHealth AI to provide efficient treatment. Treatment Planning: Diagnose and provide treatment for a wide variety of dental cases with total autonomy over your clinical decisions. Continuous Improvement: Participate in world-class continuing education and the Doctor Mastery Program to earn your FAGD.

Shift & Schedule	Monday to Friday
Requirements	Education: DDS or DMD degree from an accredited program. Licensure: Active and unrestricted license to practice dentistry in Missouri. Insurance: Ability and willingness to become credentialed with various dental insurance plans. Mindset: A dedication to excellence, patient-centered care, and a commitment to continuous learning. Physical: Ability to perform essential duties, including physical stamina for standing/sitting and lifting up to 45 lbs.
