Job Description	Clinical Care: Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatments, including restorative, endodontic, and prosthetic procedures. Treatment Planning: Develop and present detailed treatment plans to patients, ensuring they are well-informed about their oral health options. Patient Advocacy: Build long-term trust with patients through clear communication and a compassionate chairside manner. Collaboration: Work closely with our hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality outcomes. Compliance: Maintain accurate digital patient records and ensure all clinical activities adhere to state and federal regulations.
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $250,000.00 〜 $350,000.00 /year
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Benefits	Professional Development: 40 Continuing Education (CE) credits provided annually. Insurance: Comprehensive Medical, Vision, and Dental insurance plans. Retirement: 401(k) retirement savings plan.
Shift & Schedule	Days: Monday through Friday Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Weekends: Closed
Requirements	Licensed dentist General Dentistry Licensure: Active and valid New Jersey Dental License. Clinical Proficiency: Strong foundational skills in general dentistry and a commitment to clinical excellence. Professionalism: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to lead a clinical team effectively. Ethics: A high standard of integrity and a dedication to providing ethical, patient-focused care.
Preferences	Medicaid Credentialing: A retrieved and active Medicaid number is strongly preferred to facilitate immediate patient care. Experience: Previous experience in a high-volume or multi-disciplinary clinical setting. Continuing Education: A demonstrated interest in staying current with the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques.
