We are seeking a motivated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our growing practice across two convenient Washington locations. Job Description	Schedule & Locations This position requires travel to two separate offices to support our diverse patient base: Port Orchard, WA: One day per week. Covington, WA: One day per week. Start Date: ASAP. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive dental care, including restorative, prosthetic, and preventive treatments. Conduct thorough examinations and develop personalized treatment plans focused on long-term oral health. Lead a clinical team of assistants and hygienists to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care. Maintain detailed and accurate electronic patient records and clinical notes. Foster a positive, trusting relationship with patients through clear communication and clinical excellence. Benefits	Compensation & Benefits Production-Based Pay: Competitive compensation based on a percentage of daily adjusted production, allowing for high earning potential. Future Growth: Clear pathway to a long-term full-time position or practice partnership.

Requirements	Licensed dentist Licensure: Must hold a valid Washington State Dental License (DDS/DMD).
