Job Description	Comprehensive Care: Perform detailed examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning for a loyal patient population. Restorative Dentistry: Deliver high-quality restorative treatments, including fillings, crowns, and bridges. Surgical Procedures: Perform simple and surgical extractions as clinically indicated. Endodontics: Provide root canal therapy on anterior teeth and premolars; molar endodontics is highly encouraged. Patient Education: Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventive strategies to ensure long-term positive outcomes. Clinical Integrity: Maintain accurate electronic clinical documentation and strictly adhere to OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards. Team Collaboration: Partner with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure efficient patient flow and a positive office atmosphere.

Licensure: Active dental license in good standing. Clinical Skill: Strong proficiency in general dentistry, including restorative work and extractions. Competency: Comfortable performing root canal therapy on anterior and premolar teeth. Professionalism: Exceptional communication skills, a high level of integrity, and a patient-centered approach to care. Self-Management: Proven ability to work independently as a self-starter with excellent time management skills.
Preferences	Endodontic Expertise: Competency in molar endodontics. Experience: Previous experience in a high-volume, modern clinical setting. Growth Mindset: A commitment to continuing education and expanding clinical skill sets.
