Job Description	Perform a variety of general dental procedures, including restorative, endodontic, and oral surgery treatments. Conduct comprehensive oral examinations and develop personalized treatment plans for a diverse patient base. Educate patients on preventative care and long-term oral health strategies. Maintain accurate electronic dental records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Lead and collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists to ensure seamless patient flow. Ensure all clinical activities adhere to safety and sterilization protocols.
Salary Range	【Part-time】 $200,000.00 〜 $400,000.00 /year

Shift & Schedule	Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday: Closed Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Saturday & Sunday: Closed
Requirements	DEA Registration Education: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited dental school. Licensure: Active and valid license to practice dentistry in the state of Pennsylvania. Credentials: Current Malpractice Insurance and DEA registration. Skills: Strong diagnostic and clinical skills with a commitment to ethical patient care. Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and staff.
Preferences	Endodontics Residency Molar Root Canals Tooth Extractions Experience: While we welcome candidates without prior experience, 1–2 years of clinical practice is a plus. Specialties: Proficiency in molar endodontics or surgical extractions is an advantage. Flexibility: Ability to provide coverage across both Norristown and Pottstown locations if needed.
