Job Description	Comprehensive Care: Provide a wide range of general dental services, including restorative treatments, prosthodontics, and preventative care. Specialized Procedures: Perform endodontics (including molars) and simple to surgical extractions as part of a broad clinical scope. Patient Engagement: Conduct thorough examinations and develop personalized treatment plans while maintaining high standards of professionalism and communication. Technology Utilization: Operate digital intraoral scanners and digital radiography to enhance diagnostic accuracy and patient education. Clinical Collaboration: Work alongside a dedicated support team to maintain an efficient workflow and an optimal patient experience.
Salary Range	【Part-time】 $156,200.00 〜 $199,700.00 /year
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. - Daily Guarantee: $1,000 per day. - Production Incentive: 30% – 34% of collections.
Benefits	Additional Benefits: Malpractice insurance coverage is provided.
Shift & Schedule	We offer flexible scheduling options consisting of 2 to 3 days per week. The office is open Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Available rotations include: Two-Day Rotation: Week 1: Monday and Tuesday Week 2: Wednesday and Thursday Three-Day Rotation: Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
Requirements	Licensed dentist Endodontics Residency General Dentistry Education: DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school (open to 2025 graduates and residents). Licensure: Active Ohio dental license (or eligibility to obtain one). Clinical Competency: Strong foundational knowledge in general dentistry with a desire to expand skills in surgery and endodontics. Professionalism: Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to ethical, patient-focused care.
Preferences	Molar Root Canals Tooth Extractions Experience: Previous experience in a clinical residency or private practice setting. Advanced Skills: Proficiency in molar endodontics and complex surgical extractions.
