Clinical Procedures: Deliver a wide range of services, including restorative work, complex dental extractions, root canal therapy, and prosthodontics.

Surgical & Specialized Care: Conduct oral surgeries and endodontic procedures using precise aseptic techniques and infection control protocols.

Patient Counseling: Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventative care to promote long-term wellness and informed consent.

Digital Integration: Operate medical imaging equipment and manage patient records efficiently using systems such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft.

Team Synergy: Collaborate in a four-handed dentistry environment to maximize clinical efficiency and enhance the patient experience.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA regulations, patient confidentiality, and healthcare infection prevention standards.

Salary Range 【Full-time】 $153,000.00 〜 $195,000.00 /year
Salary Details

- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
- Daily Rate: $800.00 – $1,600.00 per day (based on experience and production).

Requirements

Education: Doctoral degree (DDS or DMD) from an accredited dental school.

Licensure: Active and valid State Dental License in Texas.

Clinical Competency: Proven proficiency in general dentistry, including restorative procedures, extractions, and endodontics.

Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of dental terminology, oral anatomy, and aseptic techniques.

Compliance: Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient safety protocols.

Preferences
