Job Description	Diagnosis and Treatment: Accurately diagnose and treat a full spectrum of general dentistry patients with expertise and exceptional care. Technology Utilization: Proficiently utilize high-level technology, including Dental AI, in-office milling, and 3D printing capabilities. Mentorship and Growth: Actively participate in mentorship opportunities provided by experienced clinicians and continuously enhance skills and knowledge through exclusive CE courses. Leadership: Contribute to the overall success and development of the dental team and clinical practice.
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $200,000.00 〜 $250,000.00 /year

Shift & Schedule	Work Structure: Clinical hours are designed to support a healthy work/life balance. Operating Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Typical Hours: Monday & Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Weekends: Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays off.
Requirements	General Dentistry Licensure: Current and unrestricted Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) license in the state of Massachusetts. Experience: Proven experience as a General Dentist committed to top-notch patient care. Commitment: Dedication to continuous skill enhancement and upholding the highest standards of dental care. Technical Comfort: Comfort working in a fully digital and paperless office environment.
Preferences	Implant Dentistry Experience or familiarity with advanced clinical technology such as Dental AI, in-office milling, and 3D printing. Motivation to utilize advanced CE courses in areas like implants, sedation, and full arch rehabilitation.
