Associate Dentist Needed for Tech-Forward, Private Practice with Clinical Autonomy & High Earning Potential

SmileCare Dental of Fitchburg is seeking a General Dentist Associate to join our private, dentist-owned practice. We are a growth-mindset team offering a full schedule immediately, access to the latest technology (including Trios 5 scanners and CBCT), and true clinical autonomy. This position offers a unique schedule that begins with two days a week, with a clear path to expand to four or five days after four months. Job Description	Comprehensive Care: Diagnose and treat patients with a focus on high-quality general dentistry. Treatment Planning: Develop and present complete treatment plans to patients with full clinical autonomy. Technology Utilization: Utilize advanced diagnostic tools, including Trios 5 scanners and CBCT technology, to improve patient outcomes. Team Collaboration: Work closely with a well-trained support team to ensure efficient patient flow and a positive office atmosphere. Patient Education: Build trust with patients through empathy, respect, and clear communication regarding their oral health needs.
Salary Range	【Part-time】 $168,000.00 〜 $400,000.00 /year
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Benefits	Structure: We offer an initial minimum guaranteed salary for peace of mind, followed by a tiered compensation package that allows you to earn more as you produce more. This is a shared success model—when the office profits, you do too. Retirement: 401(k) with company match. Shift & Schedule	Initial Schedule: 2 days per week. Growth Opportunity: Option to expand to 4 or 5 days per week after 4 months. Operating Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Requirements	Basic life support Licensed dentist DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school. Valid Dental License to practice in the state of Massachusetts. Current BLS Certification. A patient-centric attitude with a strong desire to do the right thing.
Preferences	General Practice Residency Experienced Dentist (1+ years) 1 year of clinical experience or completion of a General Practice Residency (GPR) is preferred, though motivated new graduates (1-2 years out) are encouraged to apply.
