Job Description	Diagnosis & Treatment: Perform comprehensive dental exams, diagnose dental conditions, and create personalized treatment plans for patients. Restorative Dentistry: Perform general restorative procedures, including fillings, crowns, bridges, and veneers. Team Leadership: Supervise and collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure a smooth clinical workflow. Patient Education: Educate patients on oral health maintenance and preventive care to promote long-term dental health. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $90.00 〜 $92.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Shift & Schedule	Monday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM Wednesday: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Requirements	Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Basic life support DEA Registration Education: Must hold a valid DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school. Licensure: Active and unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Certifications: Current DEA registration and CPR/BLS certification. Insurance: Eligible for malpractice insurance.
Preferences	Endodontics Residency Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency 1-2 years of clinical experience in a private practice setting (though motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply). Proficiency in endodontics or simple oral surgery is a plus. Strong communication skills and a chairside manner that puts patients at ease.
