Job Description	Provide comprehensive general dental care to a diverse patient base. Perform a wide range of restorative and cosmetic procedures. Conduct thorough patient examinations and develop personalized treatment plans. Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care. Collaborate effectively with a supportive clinical team. Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to all regulatory standards.
Salary Range	【Part-time】 $154,400.00 〜 $197,300.00 /year
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. - $600 - $1,500 per day or 30% of production
Shift & Schedule	Monday: 7 AM – 5 PM Tuesday: 7 AM – 5 PM Wednesday: 7 AM – 5 PM Thursday: 7 AM – 5 PM Friday: Closed Saturday: Closed
Requirements	Active state dental license in Iowa. Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school. Excellent clinical skills and a commitment to high-quality patient care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Preferences	Experience with a variety of dental software systems (e.g., Dentrix Ascend). Experience with digital impressions and other advanced dental technologies. Proficiency in a wide range of dental procedures including cosmetic, orthodontic, oral surgery, endodontic, crown and bridge, restorations, and dentures. Experience or interest in treating sleep apnea.
