Job Description	Provide comprehensive general dental care to a diverse patient population, including diagnostic, preventive, restorative, and surgical procedures. Conduct thorough patient examinations, accurately diagnose oral conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans. Safely and proficiently perform extractions, prosthodontic treatments (crowns, bridges, dentures), and other general dentistry procedures. Collaborate effectively with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow and optimal practice operations. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Adhere to all local, state, and federal dental regulations and safety standards. Participate in continuing education to stay current with advancements in dental techniques and technology.
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $120,000.00 〜 $600,000.00 /year
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Shift & Schedule	Option 1: Monday - Thursday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (M, T, Th) and 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (W) Option 2: Tuesday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (T, Th) and 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (W) Note: The practice is closed on Fridays (under Option 1), Saturdays, and Sundays.
Requirements	Basic life support Licensed dentist Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school. Current and unrestricted Wisconsin dental license. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Demonstrated experience in a private practice setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-first approach. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong commitment to clinical excellence and continuous learning.
Preferences	Implant Dentistry Experience or interest in surgical and restorative implant dentistry. Familiarity with The Breathe Institute protocols or an interest in airway-focused dentistry. Proficiency with modern dental technologies and software.
