Job Description	Provide comprehensive orthodontic evaluations and treatments for pediatric and adolescent patients (ages 7–18) Develop and monitor individualized orthodontic treatment plans Consult and collaborate with the on-site pediatric dental team to ensure optimal patient outcomes Educate patients and families about treatment options, oral health, and appliance care Maintain accurate, thorough clinical documentation using digital dental software Participate in team meetings and contribute to a cohesive, positive practice culture
Salary Range	【Part-time】 $187.50 〜 $200.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. - Competitive per diem: $1,500 per day plus $100 for each orthodontic start
Shift & Schedule	Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: Closed (Your working days will start as Fridays) Saturday & Sunday: Closed
Requirements	Licensed dentist Orthodontic Residency DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Completion of an accredited orthodontic residency program Current Iowa dental license (or eligibility for licensure in Iowa) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to patient-centered, quality care
Preferences	Dentrix Experience with pediatric and adolescent orthodontic care Proficiency with digital dental systems (such as Dentrix Ascend) Previous experience in a multi-specialty or pediatric-focused practice
