Job Description	Perform oral and maxillofacial surgery procedures with precision and care Collaborate with a supportive clinical team to provide seamless patient care Manage patient consultations, treatment planning, and follow-up care Maintain proper documentation and comply with regulatory standards Participate actively in practice growth and development initiatives Engage with patients to foster trust and provide education on oral health Uphold the practice’s commitment to compassionate and ethical care
Salary Range	【Part-time】 $350,000.00 〜 $1,100,000.00 /year
Salary Details	Competitive base salary plus a percentage of net collections after $1M production

Requirements	Licensed dentist DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Completion of an ADA-accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency program Active North Carolina dental license or eligibility for licensure 2–5 years of post-residency experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply Strong clinical skills with a patient-centered approach
Preferences	Experience in practice ownership or partnership Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, referral-based environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
