Duties

Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
Conduct various dental procedures including general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and dental extractions.
Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care strategies.
Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques in the clinical environment.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide exceptional patient care.
Stay current with advancements in dental technology and practices.

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week

Strong knowledge of dental terminology and medical terminology.
Experience in pediatric dentistry and working with children in a clinical setting.
Familiarity with medical imaging techniques relevant to dentistry.
Ability to perform root canal therapy and other complex procedures.
Excellent patient assessment skills with a focus on patient care.
Strong understanding of anatomy related to oral health.
Ability to effectively communicate with patients regarding their treatment options and care plans.
Previous experience in a dental office or clinic setting is preferred.
