Job Description	Position: Dentist Location: Danville, Virginia Core Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for the full scope of same-day prosthodontic and surgical services: Perform comprehensive same-day denture and partial services utilizing our on-site laboratory. Conduct necessary extractions and minor surgical procedures. Collaborate directly and seamlessly with our in-house lab technicians to ensure immediate adjustments and optimal fit and aesthetics. Ensure patient comfort and satisfaction through high-quality dental care and excellent chairside manner. Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to all regulatory standards. Salary Range	【Full-time】 $140,000.00 〜 $150,000.00 /year
Salary Details	Compensation: $150,000 base salary per year, plus commission
Shift & Schedule	Monday to Friday
Requirements	Licensed dentist Tooth Extractions Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from an accredited dental school. Active Virginia dental license in good standing. At least two (2) years of experience performing dentures, partials, and surgical extractions. Experience Required: Minimum two (2) years of clinical experience
Preferences	Strong communication skills and compassionate chairside presence are essential. Commitment to high-quality, efficient patient care.
