Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. - Percentage of collections based on experience and services offered

Requirements	Licensed dentist Valid Dental License in the state of Ohio Strong interpersonal and communication skills Professionalism and attention to detail in delivering dental care Commitment to excellent patient experience and care outcomes
Preferences	Experience in a multi-doctor private practice (preferred but not required) Interest in continuing education and skill growth
