Collaborate professionally and harmoniously with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff. Stay current with the latest dental procedures, technology, and best practices to ensure the highest clinical standards. Actively participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities. Contribute to a positive, dynamic work culture that values teamwork, patient satisfaction, and professional integrity. Support the practice’s growth initiatives including patient retention and referral generation.
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $275,000.00 〜 $300,000.00 /year
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Benefits	$12,000 annually for continuing education to support your career growth. Health and dental insurance benefits. 401(k) retirement plan. Supportive non-clinical management, including help with insurance negotiation, marketing, and supply procurement.
Shift & Schedule	Monday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM, 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM, 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM, 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM, 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM Friday, Saturday, Sunday: Closed
Requirements	Licensed dentist DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school. Valid and current dental license to practice in Virginia. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting patient relationships. Commitment to providing consistent, high-quality dental care. Willingness to engage in continuous dental education and professional growth. Strong work ethic with a positive, team-oriented mindset.
Preferences	Experience in a digital dentistry environment. Interest in business growth and practice management. Desire to pursue partnership or ownership opportunities. Experience mentoring or working in a collaborative dental team.
