Job Description

Diagnose and treat oral diseases, injuries, and malformations affecting teeth and gums.
Deliver a broad range of dental services including preventive treatments (fluoride application, sealants), restorative procedures (fillings, crowns, dentures), and basic oral surgery.
Administer anesthetics and manage pain for dental procedures such as extractions.
Lead the dental team by supervising staff, managing clinic operations, setting department policies, and overseeing budget planning.
Ensure full compliance with state dental regulations, public health standards, and professional best practices.
Participate actively in recruitment, training, and leadership meetings to drive continuous improvements in care delivery.
Collaborate with medical professionals and support staff to promote integrated patient health outcomes.
Engage in grant writing and program development initiatives to expand dental services and resources.

Salary Range 【Full-time】 $200,000.00 〜 $250,000.00 /year

Shift & Schedule

Monday to Friday: 8 AM – 5 PM
Saturday & Sunday: Closed

Requirements

Doctoral degree in Dental Medicine (DDS or DMD).
Active Alabama Dental License, Controlled Substance Licensure, and DEA Licensure.
Minimum of 3 years clinical experience as a practicing dentist.
At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience within a dental clinic setting.
Experience treating both pediatric and adult patient populations.
Proficiency in basic oral surgery, endodontics, and digital dental records management (Dentrix preferred).
Strong manual dexterity with precision in performing dental procedures.
Excellent diagnostic, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work efficiently and calmly in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Acute attention to detail, steady hand, and keen eyesight for performing dental treatments.
Passion for patient education and preventive dental care strategies.
Commitment to serving diverse and underserved community populations.

Preferences

Bilingual fluency in Spanish is a strong plus.
