Oral Surgeon Opportunity – Flexible Part-Time Position in Park Ridge!

At Park Ridge Dental Associates in Park Ridge, IL, we are committed to providing exceptional comprehensive dental care in a modern, patient-focused environment. Our well-established practice offers state-of-the-art facilities and a collaborative team dedicated to delivering the highest standard of care.

We're seeking an Oral Surgeon to join our practice on a part-time basis (2 Fridays per month). This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced surgeons (2+ years) and new graduates looking to supplement their practice. Enjoy the flexibility of working just 5 hours per session (8am-1pm) while earning 50% of production.

Title	Associate Oral Surgeon
Job Description	Clinical Duties: Perform a full range of oral surgery procedures including: Extractions (simple and surgical) Dental implant placement Bone grafting procedures Biopsies and other oral pathology procedures Management of dental trauma Provide pre- and post-operative patient care instructions Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Professional Responsibilities: Collaborate with referring dentists on treatment plans Ensure compliance with all OSHA and infection control protocols Maintain CPR certification Participate in continuing education as required by licensure
Salary Range	【Part-time】 $159,000.00 〜 $209,000.00 /year
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. - Annual Salary is not guaranteed and just estimation - Guaranteed up to 50% of production
Shift & Schedule	2 Fridays per month (8:00am - 1:00pm)
Requirements	Licensed dentist Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency DDS/DMD from accredited dental school Completion of accredited oral surgery residency program Current Illinois dental license in good standing Malpractice insurance
Preferences	Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Basic life support 2+ years clinical experience preferred Current CPR certification New graduates welcome to apply Experience with implant placement Excellent bedside manner and communication skills
