Job Description	Provide comprehensive general dentistry (restorative, crowns, bridges, extractions, etc.). Diagnose and create personalized treatment plans with a patient-centered approach. Collaborate with our supportive team to ensure seamless patient experiences. Utilize modern technology to deliver efficient, high-quality care. Participate in community outreach to grow the practice (optional).
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $200,000.00 〜 $300,000.00 /year
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. $800/day guarantee for first 3 months 33% of collections (scaling to 35%) $20,000 retention bonus ($10K at 1 year, $10K at 2 years)

Shift & Schedule	Monday \| Tuesday \| Wednesday \| Thursday 8am-5pm \| 8am-5pm \| 8am-5pm \| 8am-5pm Enjoy 3-day weekends every week!
Requirements	Licensed dentist DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school. Active Minnesota dental license (or ability to obtain). Strong clinical skills and ethical judgment. Team player with excellent communication skills. Passion for long-term patient relationships. Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.
Preferences	Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency General Dentistry General Practice Residency Advanced Education in General Dentistry Experienced Dentist (1+ years) 1+ year of experience or GPR/AEGD training (new grads with confidence welcome!). Interest in breadth of general dentistry (endo, oral surgery, etc.).
