（Full-time） Associate Dentist job at McCall Dental Care

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality patient care and will possess a strong foundation in general dentistry practices. This role requires proficiency in various dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a clinical environment.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Conduct a variety of dental procedures including fillings, crowns, extractions, and root canals, with a focus on endodontics.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation using dental software such as Epic or Eaglesoft.
Implement aseptic techniques to ensure a safe and sterile environment for all dental procedures.
Provide exceptional patient care by addressing concerns, educating patients on oral health, and ensuring comfort during treatments.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants in four-handed dentistry to enhance efficiency during procedures.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry to provide the best care possible.
Experience

A degree in Dentistry from an accredited institution is required.
Previous experience in a dental clinic setting is preferred.
Familiarity with medical records management and dental software (Epic, Eaglesoft) is advantageous.
Strong skills in patient assessment and care are essential.
Knowledge of endodontics and proficiency in performing various dental procedures are highly desirable.
Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients and staff.

Schedule:
Mon–Wed: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: Half-day
Fridays: Always off!
