Ethos Advanced Dental Care is a well-established private practice in the heart of the Temecula Valley that is growing and expanding. We are looking to add an Associate Dentist who is seeking the opportunity to qualify as a Partner. This position requires the right attitude consistent with the culture of our office, excellent rapport with our patients, and a passion for dentistry.

Invisalign, cosmetics, surgical extractions, oral conscious sedation and implant placement with restorations are part of our daily schedule, you must be able to keep up. We are not considering dental students or recent graduates for this position.

Job Description	Position: Part-time Associate Dentist with Potential to Partner Location: Temecula, CA Preferred Skills: Experience with implants, dentures, and crown prepping. Ability to create effective treatment plans. Familiarity with sedation techniques. We are looking for a difference maker who wants to improve the well-being of our patients, inspire our team, and provide an excellent livelihood for their families. The position is two days a week to start with the opportunity to add more. Your compensation is based on your production with a daily guaranteed minimum which will be appropriate to your experience. We intend to bring on board a dentist who is humble, cohesive, and respectful with our team, can connect with our patients, and sees themselves as a future Partner.
