（Part-time） Associate Dentist job at 123 Greenleaf Dental Care

Conduct routine dental examinations, cleanings, and comprehensive oral health assessments
Diagnose and treat oral diseases, conditions, and dental emergencies
Develop customized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs and preferences
Educate patients about proper oral hygiene and preventive care
Collaborate closely with dental assistants, front desk staff, and office management to ensure seamless patient care
Maintain compliance with infection control protocols and ensure a clean, sterile dental environment
Utilize dental practice management software (Open Dental PracticeWeb) for accurate patient records and treatment planning
Stay current with advances in dental techniques and participate in continuing education programs
Provide pediatric dental care as needed, demonstrating patience and gentle care for young patients
Assist in reviewing medical documentation and maintaining thorough patient records
Support daily office operations as required, including occasional supervision and interaction with front desk and office management teams

Part-time schedule starting at approximately 8 hours per week
Typical workdays: Thursdays and possibly every other Monday
Work hours: 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. (Thursdays), 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. (alternate Mondays)

Valid California Dental License required
Graduation from an accredited dental school
Entry-level candidates and new graduates welcome
Strong communication skills with patients and team members
Proficient with dental software systems and electronic medical records
Thorough knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
Ability to work independently while also contributing positively to the team environment
Motivated, self-directed, and reliable professional

Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin is a strong plus
Experience or comfort working with pediatric patients preferred
