Job Description	Conduct thorough dental examinations and accurate diagnoses. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs. Perform a variety of dental procedures including restorative, preventive, and cosmetic treatments. Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with office policies and legal regulations. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies. Collaborate closely with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care. Adhere strictly to safety protocols and infection control standards. Stay current with the latest dental techniques and advancements through continuing education and professional development.
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $250,000.00 〜 $295,000.00 /year
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Shift & Schedule	Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Friday: By Appointment Only (Every Other Friday) Saturday: Closed
Requirements	Licensed dentist Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree. Active and valid dental license to practice in the state of Ohio. Strong clinical skills with a patient-centered approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and comfort. Professional demeanor with a positive attitude and dedication to quality care.
