Smiles 4 Life is seeking a talented and patient-focused Part-Time Orthodontist to join our team. In this flexible role, you will work alongside our skilled dental professionals, meeting with multiple patients each day to assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of orthodontic needs. You’ll play a vital role in treatment planning, patient education, and follow-up care, helping our patients achieve confident, healthy smiles. Job Description	Welcome each patient and review their medical and dental history Conduct thorough examinations, order and interpret x-rays or additional tests as needed Diagnose orthodontic issues and create individualized treatment plans, including management of surgical options and extractions Clearly explain diagnoses, treatment plans, and procedures to patients and their families Provide patient education on oral health and orthodontic care Communicate effectively with the dental team to coordinate comprehensive patient care Prescribe any necessary follow-up care, medications, or advanced referrals Maintain accurate, detailed patient records and documentation
Salary Range	【Part-time】 $156,000.00 〜 $260,000.00 /year
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Shift & Schedule	Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM Sunday: By appointment only Part-time, flexible days/hours available
Requirements	Licensed dentist Experienced Dentist (1+ years) Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD), with orthodontic specialty Active and unrestricted California dental license Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy, team-oriented environment Minimum of 1 year experience in orthodontics (entry-level candidates welcome)
