Job Description	Position: Dentist Location: Puyallup, WA Our practice offers a unique opportunity for any dentist looking to handle comprehensive and full mouth cases regularly. The doctor’s column is supported not only by hygiene but also by two columns of specialized removable and hybrid prosthodontics. With two full-time denturists on staff, $18-40k treatment plans are common, creating a dynamic and rewarding work environment. Join our team and contribute to the highest possible outcomes for our patients through collaborative care. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive diagnostics and develop strong restorative treatment plans. Utilize knowledge in implant restoration; implant placement ability is a plus. Perform full mouth restorations, collaborating with part-time OMFS on staff for advanced cases. Demonstrate a compassionate chairside presence, especially for high-fear patients. Contribute to a collaborative and kind team environment, working hand-in-hand with support staff and colleagues. Lead and mentor within the practice, promoting a patient-centric approach.

Salary Details	The pay model is negotiable: Either 35% production with a daily guarantee for the first 90 days, or Salary + Quarterly Commission Bonus equivalent to 35% production over salary value. Earn $300 to 400k per year depending on surgical ability.

Requirements	Licensed dentist Licensed dentist with comprehensive diagnostics and strong restorative skills.
Preferences	Implant restoration knowledge is required; implant placement ability and All-on-X experience are a plus. Compassionate and collaborative with a strong leadership presence. Ability to provide care for high-fear patients; no pedo necessary. Bonus/higher pay available for providers with IV Sedation certification.
