Title	Associate Dentist
Job Description	Perform comprehensive exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning Deliver high-quality general dentistry, including restorations, crowns, bridges, and hygiene checks. Confidently present and explain treatment plans to patients Provide and oversee Invisalign, implant restorations, and cosmetic treatments Collaborate closely with dental assistants and front office to ensure concierge patient experiences. Document clinical notes thoroughly and accurately in patient records Maintain clinical compliance and best practices in accordance with California dental laws
Salary Range	【Part-time】 $95.00 〜 $125.00 /hour
Salary Details	Competitive daily rate or percentage of production (based on experience) Schedule: Wednesday 8am- 4pm with potential to grow. Mentorship opportunities and long-term growth potential
Shift & Schedule	- Work Hours: Tuesdays and Thursdays 9 AM -5 PM - Weekend Work: No weekend shifts required.
Requirements	Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Basic life support Driver’s license Licensed dentist Implant Dentistry Experienced Dentist (3+ years) DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active California dental license in good standing Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in private practice (not including residency) Invisalign certification or experience required Comfortable with implants, cosmetic workflows, and patient-centered consults Excellent chairside manner and communication skills
Preferences	MalPractice Insurance Prior experience in a boutique or fee-for-service practice Familiarity with digital scanning, photography, and cosmetic documentation Ability to communicate effectively with high-expectation, image-conscious clientele Collaborative mindset; team player with emotional intelligence
