We are seeking a skilled and motivated Part-Time Dentist to join our Irvine team. This role offers a flexible schedule with the opportunity to work two days per week, providing exceptional dental care in a modern, patient-focused practice. Job Description	Provide comprehensive dental care and treatment to patients in accordance with established clinical protocols Diagnose and develop treatment plans for routine and complex dental cases Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options Maintain accurate and thorough patient records in compliance with HIPAA and dental regulations Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a positive patient experience and seamless care coordination Adhere to all safety and infection control standards in the clinical environment Participate in continuing education opportunities to stay current with dental advancements
Salary Range	【Part-time】 $5,200.00 〜 $6,000.00 /month
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Compensation: $650–$750 per diem for the first three months, then 30% of collections thereafter

Shift & Schedule	Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Friday, Saturday, Sunday: Closed Schedule: Monday through Thursday, flexible 2 days per week
Requirements	Licensed and in good standing to practice dentistry in California Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferences	Experienced Dentist (3+ years) 3 to 5 years of dental experience preferred
