Job Description	Key Responsibilities: Patient Care: Provide high-quality diagnostic, preventive, and restorative dental care tailored to each patient’s needs. Clinical Excellence: Conduct thorough examinations, develop comprehensive treatment plans, and perform a variety of dental procedures with precision. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure a smooth and positive patient experience. Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate patient records while adhering to all compliance and infection control protocols. Participate in continuing education and stay up-to-date with advancements in dental practices.
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $150,000.00 〜 $300,000.00 /year
Salary Details	Salary based on Experience.

Shift & Schedule	Monday to Friday Day shift Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8 AM – 4 PM Friday: 8 AM – 1 PM
Requirements	Licensed dentist Experienced Dentist (1+ years) Qualifications: Education: DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school. Licensure: Must hold a current, valid Maryland dental license. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.
Preferences	Skills: Demonstrated clinical competency paired with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Commitment: A passion for delivering outstanding patient care and a commitment to ongoing professional development
