We are seeking an Experienced Dental Assistant to join our dedicated and professional dental practice. The ideal candidate is reliable, team-oriented, and committed to providing excellent patient care in a clean, comfortable, and efficient environment.

Job Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist during a variety of clinical procedures

Take and develop dental X-rays

Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean treatment area

Prepare patients for treatment and ensure their comfort

Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care

Maintain accurate patient records using dental software

Manage inventory of dental supplies and materials

Follow infection control protocols and safety procedures

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience required

Certification in Dental Radiology (as required by state)

Knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, and terminology

Excellent communication and patient service skills

Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits

CPR certification

Schedule Summary:
Office Hours: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Staff Arrival Time: 7:45 AM

Fridays: Occasional Fridays may be added depending on patient needs (with advance notice)

No evenings or weekends

Salary Details:
Hourly Rate: $20 – $25/hour, based on experience and certifications

Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly

Holiday Pay: Paid time off for recognized holidays

Vacation Pay: One week of paid vacation after 1 year of full-time employment
