Your office will be a fully functioning 40 foot 2- operatory mobile dental office outfitted by some of the top dental suppliers. You will bring back the smiles of your patients as you break down barriers which impact their health and wholeness. This is a general dentistry practice focused on the urgent needs of underserved populations, with referrals for complex procedures and continuing care.

Job Listing

Title	- Mobile/Traveling Dentist
Job Description	You will treat 10-12 patients per 6-7 hour clinic, 1-2 times per week (.3FTE) in different partner locations each day. Clinical Practice: Perform dental procedures in a manner that sets the standard of care for US Programs. Procedures include, but are not limited to, limited/comprehensive exams, fillings, and extractions. Compliance: Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA laws and standards. Assure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements for clinical dentistry. Document thorough chart notes, including all information required for Medicaid claims submission. Other Duties include: Adhere to Medical Teams and US Programs standards, policies, and procedures. Demonstrate cooperation and teamwork and maintain collaborative relationships with all levels of staff and community partners.

Shift & Schedule	Flexible schedule Variable schedules. Shifts vary due due to needs of the patient populations.
Requirements	Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Basic life support Driver’s license Licensed dentist DEA Registration Credentialing with Medicare will be required - we will support the process end-to-end. REQUIRED: • DDS or DMD from accredited program and a minimum of one year experience • Active and unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the state of OR and/or WA. • Active BLS/CPR Certification. • Active DEA license. • Valid Driver license.
Preferences	1 or more years of experience with uninsured or underinsured populations Fluency in an additional language
