Requirements	Licensed dentist Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a General Dentist. Active dental license in the state of Illinois. DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school. Current and valid CPR/BLS certification.
Preferences	A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team to provide excellent patient care.
