Title	We are in need of a locum tenens Dentist
Job Description	Primary Care Be able to run a 2 column schedule with 2 assistants. as well as doing periodic exams for our 2 hygienists.
Healthcare Services/ Facility Type	Dental office
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $90.00 〜 $106.00 /hour
Salary Details	Hourly rate, may need 2 weeks to 60 days. We are not sure yet.
Shift & Schedule	4x10 - Work Hours: Monday, Tuesday,Wednesday Thursday: 7 AM - 5 PM - Breaks: 60-minute meal break (not counted as work hours). - Weekend Work: No weekend shifts required. - We have 2 hygiene and 2 treatment opps. We are a small private practice, THe Doctor just needs to take some time for Family Reasons. - We need someone starting Next Monday. Feb 3rd until further notice.
Requirements	Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Basic life support Driver’s license Licensed dentist
