We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Dentist to join our growing team. Position: Full-time Dentist Location: El Cajon, CA 92020 Position Overview: We are looking for a full-time or part-time Dentist (minimum 4 days a week) to provide comprehensive dental services. This role is perfect for someone with at least 3 years of experience who is proficient in all aspects of dentistry, especially root canals. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct dental examinations and develop treatment plans - Perform preventive and restorative procedures, including fillings, crowns, and extractions - Execute root canal treatments and other advanced procedures - Educate patients on oral health and hygiene - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $15,000.00 〜 $25,000.00 /month
Salary Details	Salary based on 25% of monthly production divided by the number of days worked, or a guaranteed daily rate of $600, whichever is higher.

Requirements	Licensed dentist Proficiency in performing all root canal procedures: Molar, Premolar, & Anterior.
Preferences	Licensed dentist Experienced Dentist (3+ years) - DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school - Valid state dental license - at least 3 years of experience in dentistry - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
