Associate Dentist
We are actively looking to hire an Associate Dentist to join our busy and well-established practice full time. The successful candidate will have a passion for building strong patient relationships and contributing to the ongoing oral health of their community. Qualifications & Responsibilities
• Must have DDS or DMD from accredited school
• Excellent communication skills
• Current active license
• Ability to communicate effectively with our team regarding treatment plans
• Ability to educate patients and parents on proper oral health care
• Diagnose and provide appropriate dental treatment
• Leadership skills
• Desire to help patients live a healthy lifestyle
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with Curve and other database programs (preferred)
• Experience with in-office milling (preferred)
• Willingness to learn new areas of dentistry
• Self-motivated
• Upholding ethical and professional standards in all aspects of patient care and our practice guidelines.
• Ability to perform exams and evaluate x-rays to determine a patient’s health.
Pay: $150,000-300,000
