Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Financial/Treatment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental billing, treatment planning, and handling accounts receivable (AR) reports. You will be responsible for ensuring the financial health of our dental practice by providing patients with detailed financial options and managing the practice’s billing and payment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Present and explain treatment plans to patients, including financial options
Manage billing processes, including insurance claims and payments
Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) Reports, tracking outstanding balances
Ensure all patient treatment plans are accurately entered into the system
Follow up with patients regarding their payment plans and insurance claims
Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns
Maintain up-to-date patient records, including treatment and payment histories
Assist with other administrative duties as needed

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a financial or treatment coordinator role
Experience in billing, treatment planning, and handling AR reports is required
Strong knowledge of dental insurance processes
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proficiency with dental management software (specific software knowledge is a plus)
