The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Eaglesoft software and be proficient in handling insurance claims and patient coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage patient check-in/check-out process and appointment scheduling
Handle insurance verification, filing, and processing of claims
Maintain patient records accurately and securely using Eaglesoft
Assist with billing and payments, ensuring smooth financial transactions
Provide excellent customer service to all patients, ensuring a welcoming environment
