Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing patient experience by coordinating treatment plans, explaining procedures, and ensuring seamless communication between patients and the dental team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and present treatment plans to patients, ensuring they understand their options and feel comfortable moving forward with care
Coordinate and schedule appointments, ensuring smooth patient flow
Utilize Eaglesoft software to input, track, and update patient information and treatment plans
Assist with insurance verification, billing, and financial discussions with patients
Act as a liaison between the dentist and patient to communicate treatment goals and answer questions
Follow up with patients to confirm appointments and ensure they are on track with their treatment plans

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Treatment Coordinator or in a similar role
Proficiency in Eaglesoft software, with at least 2 years of experience

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with ease
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
A patient-focused attitude with the ability to explain treatment options clearly and compassionately
