Greet and check in patients professionally and courteously
Answer incoming calls and assist with patient inquiries
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
Verify dental insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage
Submit insurance claims, pre-authorizations, and follow up on unpaid claims
Present treatment plans and explain patient financial responsibilities
Collect co-pays, balances, and process payments
Maintain accurate patient records and insurance documentation
Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure efficient patient flow
Resolve insurance discrepancies and communicate updates to patients
