Front Desk Management: Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations with excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone system handling.

Insurance Coordination: Verify patient insurance coverage and perform pre-authorizations using Dentrix software.

Patient Administration: Review and process patient documentation including intake forms, medical records, and care plans while ensuring strict compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Scheduling: Efficiently schedule appointments using dental office management software and coordinate patient flow to optimize clinic productivity.

Billing Support: Conduct insurance verification procedures to facilitate smooth payment processes and support documentation review for accuracy in dental coding and billing to maximize reimbursement.

Experience: Proven experience in a dental office environment with strong knowledge of dental terminology.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Dentrix software is required. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), multi-line phone systems, and 10-key typing.

Compliance & Service: Demonstrated ability in insurance verification and a deep understanding of HIPAA guidelines to handle sensitive information discreetly.

Soft Skills: Excellent customer service skills, a "team player" attitude, and the ability to manage front desk operations under pressure.

Education/Training: Prior clinic experience with a focus on patient service and health information management is highly preferred.
