（Full-time） Dental receptionist / admin job at Dental Concepts Dental Group

Greet and check in patients with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Manage high-volume phone lines and schedule appointments efficiently.

Coordinate patient flow and update digital records.

Communicate clinical and financial information clearly to patients in both English and Spanish.

Utilize Open Dental software for daily administrative tasks (training provided).

Standard Days: Monday through Saturday.

Weekend Availability: Must be open to the possibility of working two Sundays per month.

Experience: Prior dental office experience is preferred, but we are open to training motivated entry-level candidates.

Technical Skills: Knowledge of Open Dental software is a plus, but we are happy to provide training.

Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and a professional attitude are essential.

Language: Must be Bilingual (Spanish/English).
