We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Dental Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our practice.

The Role
We are not just looking for an administrator; we are looking for a true ambassador for our clinic. As our front desk receptionist, you will be the first impression of Comfort Care Family Dental. You will ensure every patient feels valued, comfortable, and well-informed from the waiting room to the dentist's chair.

Key Responsibilities
Be the Welcoming Committee: Warmly greet patients upon arrival, check them in, and ensure a comfortable environment in the reception area.

Manage the Schedule: Expertly handle phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments, and manage the daily flow of the clinic to keep our team running on time.

Patient Coordination: Assist patients with intake forms, update records, and answer basic questions regarding their visits and treatment plans.

Financial & Insurance Administration: Verify insurance eligibility, process payments, and clearly communicate billing information to patients.

Maintain the Environment: Keep the front desk and waiting area clean, organized, and inviting.

Experience: Previous experience in a dental or medical office is highly preferred

- Work Hours:
Monday 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Tuesday 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Wednesday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Thursday: 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Friday: CLOSED
Saturday: Every other 7:30 AM - 1:00 PM
- Lunch Breaks: 60-minute meal break (not counted as work hours).
- Weekend Work: 2 Saturdays per month (1 Saturday per month in the summer time)
