All In One Benso Family Dental is looking for a high-level Assistant Manager / Office Coordinator to serve as the backbone of our Phoenix office. You will work closely with the Practice Manager to ensure our multi-specialty team—from general dentistry to oral surgery—operates at peak efficiency while maintaining our signature "family-first" patient culture.

Job Description

Operational Leadership: Oversee daily office flow, ensuring the clinical and administrative teams are synchronized and the schedule is optimized.

Inventory Management: Take full ownership of clinical and office supply procurement. You will track usage, manage vendor relationships, and ensure we are always stocked without overextending the budget.

Compliance & Privacy: Act as a primary guardian of HIPAA standards, ensuring all patient data is handled with the utmost security and that the team is following current regulations.

Team Coordination: Assist in training new hires, managing staff schedules, and resolving internal or patient-facing conflicts with professionalism.

Financial Oversight: Support the billing department with complex insurance claims, accounts receivable, and treatment plan auditing.

Requirements

Experience: 2+ years of dental office experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.

Skills: Expertise in dental software (Dentrix preferred) and high-level Inventory Management systems.

Knowledge: Deep understanding of HIPAA compliance and dental insurance coding.

Attributes: A "fixer" mentality—you see a bottleneck in the workflow and proactively create a solution.
