Job Description

Patient Coordination: Welcome patients, manage check-ins/outs, and maintain accurate records and referral sources.

Tactful Scheduling: Optimize patient flow by scheduling appointments according to office policy and following up on missed or canceled visits.

Communication: Handle multi-line phones with a warm, professional tone and coordinate with Treatment/Financial Coordinators regarding patient updates.

Administrative Excellence: Manage daily/weekly reports, handle mail, prepare for morning meetings, and ensure the front desk remains organized and professional.

Office Stewardship: Open and close the office, manage petty cash, and assist with practice growth initiatives.

Requirements

Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.

Personality: A positive, energetic, and patient-focused demeanor. You should be naturally engaging and able to maintain a calm, confident presence.

Professionalism: Polished, well-groomed, and professional appearance.

Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, excellent telephone etiquette, and basic computer proficiency.

Experience: Previous experience in orthodontics or dentistry is preferred but not required. We are happy to train a motivated fast-learner who is eager to grow!
